Steve Nicholls

My aim is to help you to achieve your life & career development goals, or career change goals, through pragmatic, friendly, and professional career coaching, advice, & career guidance. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than helping talented senior people to achieve their career and life goals (in a career change or in their current career - or re-launching a career after redundancy). As part of my Career Coach and Career Advice & Guidance roles, I am Head of Marketing & Communications for the Association for Coaching, and the Institute of Career Guidance, where I am also a Registered Advanced Practitioner. I invite you to contact me to arrange a (no charge) "brainstorming" chat about your career plans. I work with senior professionals - talented people; from those seeking a career development plan, or a complete career change, or those who have been made redundant /

Coaching approach

My career has spanned business-to-business sales & sales management, project management, training, and career coaching. I have many years of varied career coaching and career guidance experience, and have helped many people looking for a career coach; from all walks of life, young and old, unemployed to director, to either; change career, get that new job (or new career after redundancy), re-enter employment after a break, be successful at getting interviews (as well as being successful in the interview!). I have a pragmatic, friendly approach, and it is my aim to help you find the career that's right for you. I enjoy nothing more than seeing people succeed. I like to use Guidance, Coaching, Humour, Intuition, Emotional Intelligence, and Empathy in a balanced way. I'm always happy to have a no charge "brainstorming" chat with you, so don't hesitate to contact me.
