Coaching approach

I set up Flex Coaching because I enjoy helping people move towards getting more of what they want in life. I am interested in people, what makes them tick, what motivates them, and why they do what they do. I am fascinated by the process of change, how we handle difference, and particularly enjoy helping people find strength in their individuality. I get excited about how our brains work (neuroscience) and how the latest discoveries can be applied, particularly how behaviours and even the brain itself can be shaped and changed (neuroplasticity),and how we can better regulate our emotions and build effective relationships. I take a systemic approach to challenges and uses models from Transactional Analysis, The Chimp Paradox, and I like Logotherapy‘s theories and the emphasis on finding meaning in life.
