Soraya spent 16 years in global advertising in various agencies including Ogilvy and Lowes, directing Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly Clark and Glaxo Smith Kline business. This previous career gave Soraya wide experience in business and commercial acumen, strategic development, marketing, leading & managing teams, and communicating across diverse groups. 8 years ago Soraya launched Springboard Coaching and trained in Personal, Business and Executive coaching and is Accredited with the Association of Coaching. Additionally Soraya is a trained NLP practitioner and CIPD Licentiate graduate in Leadership and Management. Soraya is a Trustee for Brighton Fringe and a past Trustee of Business in the Community.

Coaching approach

Soraya's approach to coaching is based on positive psychology and follows a structure and process that creates awareness and insights to the desired new behaviours. Soraya's coaching includes traditional coaching methodolgies harnessed with the latest theory and thinking around the areas the coachee is focused on, latest learnings from neuroscience and the impact of Emotional Intelligence to create personal awareness.
