Sarah Gornall is an ICF accredited coach, qualified coach supervisor and experienced trainer. She designs and delivers highly acclaimed courses in coaching for managers and focuses in her coaching on helping other people enjoy their management and leadership roles more. Sarah runs her own business, Coaching Climate, and is an associate with CMC Ltd and with Bath Spa University, where she delivers M level modules on Coaching for the School of Education. She draws on years of successful experience in highly accountable roles, leading teams in times of change. Qualifications include MA (Cantab), Adv Dip Performance Coaching (C Academy), Cert Psychology of Coaching (AoEC), Dip NLP (INLPTA), Cert Coach Supervision (Coaching Development - ICF accredited). Both as a coach and as a supervisor, Sarah lays great importance on listening acutely and flexes her style in response to the client’s personal needs and organisational context.
