Coaching approach

I am a versatile coach; my programmes are tailored to meet the objectives of those involved. I offer a range of psychometric assessments, apply behaviour-based, systemic models, integrate developmental approaches and introduce self-coaching techniques relevant to each client. I see respect and genuineness in the helping relationship as central to making a difference to the outcome for the client. I am a collaborative partner, facilitator and co-creator of the conditions for new insight and learning. I aim to offer non-judgemental assessment, a mix of support and challenge and encouragement of client-owned action for change, growth and fulfilment of potential. I bring a powerful blend of expertise to coaching, mentoring and developing leaders, managers and senior teams, enabling them to achieve success and increase their contribution and satisfaction in their careers and lives.
