Prior to establishing my executive coaching practice, I have worked in the corporate and charity sectors for over 25 years, including as HR Director and Executive team and Board members. I have over 10 years experience as a senior leader, working with a wide range of individuals in a variety of situations. I am enthusiastic and interested in people and organsiations, particulariy committed to executive and leadership coaching. I am motivated by others achieving their fullest potential and high performance. For organsiations I believe personal, team, organisational develeopment and effectiveness, behaviour transformation, values and culture to be key. I am a trained Co Active Coach and Intermediate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) have trained also with Academy of Coaching Excellence and a member of the Association for Coaching (MAC).

Coaching approach

I seek to create the environment that works best for you, based on trust, respect and confidentiality. You will become clear about your aspirations/challenges, explore options, decide direction and take meaningful action. Changing behaviour and overcoming obstacles to achieve the outcomes you seek. Feedback from clients re their sessions and my style include "energetic, focused, supportive, creative, insightful". I accompany you to go further or quicker than you might achieve on your own. I am motivated in others tasting more of their own success. My approach comes from coaching methodologies and techniques that best suit you and your situation. Informed by training with Coaches Training Institute, Academy of Coaching Excellence, continous professional and personal development, coaching supervision - as well as the experience I bring.
