Coaching approach

Typical clients are: - Senior executives who have taken on greater responsibility or are leading major change - Solid performers developing the skills for the next role which will be more demanding in its scope and responsibility for people - People in key roles for whom some improvement areas have been identified - Individuals identified as having potential or as being “fast trackers”. Ros has a practical coaching approach, drawing on a wide range of tools and techniques to broaden perspective, shift thinking, build skills, and strengthen client confidence and commitment. A key theme which shapes her approach is getting a clear understanding of exactly what the organisation needs the executive to deliver in the future and how that compares to his/her performance today. Ros works pragmatically with clients to identify key strengths to build on and changes that will deliver best results.
