Rob is a qualified and experienced Executive Coach who specialises in supporting senior leaders in the public and voluntary sectors. He particularly enjoys working with leaders who are managing personal and organisational transitions. He has extensive recent experience coaching senior leaders in the NHS, BBC, Universities, local authorities and the third sector. This gives him a clear understanding of the contexts in which public service leaders are having to operate. He is also an accredited coach supervisor, who is able to support individuals or groups of coaches.
