I have worked full-time in coaching since early 2003 and since then I have carried out over 1700 hours of coaching and supervision. I am Accredited as a Master Executive Coach by the Association for Coaching, have a Masters degree in Coaching and Mentoring Practice with Merit from Oxford Brookes University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Supervision for Coaching and Mentoring with Distinction, also from Brookes. I am at home working face to face, on the phone or by email. Before moving into coaching, I worked in the investment industry, most recently as a senior executive in an investment bank. I am a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. My voluntary work includes mentoring small businesses for Business Mentoring Scotland and call-taking at Parentline Scotland. I am also a board trustee at Drake Music Scotland.

I have a warm, empathic style, which allows me to challenge clients robustly and give feedback in a highly productive way. My coaching enhances the self-awareness of the individual client, helping them to increase the flexibility of their styles and behaviour, gain in confidence and motivation and devise and rapidly execute more effective ways of carrying out their role.
