Rebecca has a degree in Psychology, an MBA, a Post Graduate Certificate in Health Psychology and is trained to Post Graduate level in Business and Personal Coaching. She has over two decades of experience working as a Commercial Leader for Alliance Boots where she has led large-scale projects for brands worth over £250 million and has had responsibility of businesses in excess of £150 million. This, together with her psychological background, provides her with a wealth of experience and a platform from which to understand and relate to the challenges of today's business environment. She has coached senior leaders from the private, public and voluntary sector. Rebecca is a member of the International Coach Federation, the British Psychological Society and the Special Group for Coaching Psychology. Committed to personal development she undertakes regular coaching supervision and CPD.
