Coaching approach

Rachel works with a wide range of senior executives to improve impact and effectiveness and to develop the appropriate leadership styles to increase the performance of their organisations. Rachel is often chosen as a coach as people recognise she will challenge and therefore make a difference. She is supportive while challenging with a light touch which helps people to view themselves honestly while empowering them to make the changes they want. She keeps clients focussed on their desired outcomes yet stretches their ambitions. Rachel supports clients to find the best in themselves and to get the best out of others and to instil sustainable processes to maintain and develop that. She doesn’t let people off the hook easily but it’s your choice how well you take up the opportunity/challenge presented by working with her.
