Coaching approach

Based on an holistic approach to the individual, the coachee is invited and encouraged to explore as many aspects of themselves as they feel comfortable with in order to gain as clear and grounded an understanding of their behaviours, motivations, strengths and aspirations as possible in order to inform their coaching/ mentoring journey and so as to help them realise their goals. (Self) Reflection forms a key part of this activity, togwther with the identification of learning goals and a Personal Learning Plan which, together, help keep the coach mentoring focussed and outcome oriented. Whilst always supported and respected, the coachee can expect to be challenged when appropriate. Employers/Sponsors are invited to fully engage in the coach mentoring journey but the confidentiality of the individual coachee and the integrity of the coach/ coachee relationship is always paramount.
