I'm Belgian, born on the 1st of July 1971. Married with 2 children, 10 and 8 years old. Holder of a MBA from Louvain School of Management, I have +15 years of experience in leading business development, change and growth strategy in big international companies and SMB's. In 2010 I decided to change direction and to create a professional activity in line with my values and my mission as a human being. I'm consultant in management and organisation, with a focus on change strategies. I'm also a certified coach. I'm an idealist with the necessary pinch of philosophy, profoundly optimistic. I define myself as a leader and activator of evolution. My passion: contributing to transforming the society, organizations and people, helping them to develop their full potential. This is what drives me out of bed with enthusiasm and dynamism!!

I strictly adhere to ICF code of conduct. I believe excellence in coaching should be a standard. Coaching is a flowing conversation that makes sense in a structured process. My coaching is always tailored to the client. I use tools from a number of practices, from neurosciences to transactional analysis through management models and philosophical grounds where appropriate. Clients are considered as whole beings, and my coaching encompasses the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions in a systemic context (family, organisations, friends, culture...) If I have to do some therapy work in my coaching, I will when it serves the client. I'm certified at PCC level by ICF and have a few hours of experience to go.
