During her 10 years in senior management roles at British Airways, Paula lead many cross-cultural working initiatives, her experience now visible in her International work with AkzoNobel, BT, BP, Givaudan, Kimberly-Clark, Commerzbank, Henderson Global Investors & Amlin plc. Paula is a qualified Master Practitioner in Executive Coaching accredited by Europe’s leading Business School, Ashridge. She is also a faculty member for BP and Barclays PLC. Coaching approach
Paula brings a relational and psychological approach to her work. In providing a balance of support and challenge, her clients can develop the resources and resilience they need to respond and contribute to their current and emerging workplace challenges as well as the self-awareness to generate personal learning and transformational change. Using best practice methodology, she ensures a pragmatic approach is grounded in the effective use of coaching theory and strategies i.e. contracting for the work ahead, clarifying the boundaries of working together, establishing organisational context, identifying stale patterns, selecting appropriate interventions and action planning. Paula remains true to the professional standards and ethical principles as drawn up by the Ashridge Code of Conduct for Executive Coaches and attends regular coaching supervision as part of her coaching practice.
