Alongside creating Panos Malakoudis Coaching in 2020 to support leaders as an Executive and Leadership coach, Panos is working as a Learning Strategist in one of the biggest technology companies in the world. In this role, Panos is responsible for setting the learning strategy, success factors and measurable outcomes for a worldwide organization of more than 4,000 people. Developing shared accountability with stakeholders is integral part of Panos' work and this strong relationship with stakeholders is something that he brings back to his coaching philosophy.
