Nina I. Hahn Executive Coach, Mentor, Consultant Nina has had over 20 years of experince as an executive in the television industry working on both the production and broadcast sides of the business. She has led and managed teams of 5 to 50 people and is used to working in highly competitive, politically complex, global environments to gain buy-in and partnership while maintaining team growth and brand enthusiasm. Nina is a pragmatist who brings experience of management from the domains of independent production, broadcaster acquisitions and individual and team management over the entire length of her career. As a coach, mentor and consultant, Nina brings enthusiasm, energy, wit, and committment to the coaching experience. Her style is both supportive and challenging with a results orientated focus to her coaching style. Nina is dedicated to co-create reflective insights with clients working across a wide variety of environments. She coaches for action, learning and behavioral shifts working with her clients towards an effective bespoke action plan. She is interested in working across a wide variety of clients but specializes in the director and above level of executives. Nina has just completed a one week intensive coaching course with Management Futures Consulting, Ltd where she recieved high marks upon course completion. She is now venturing forward to secure her certificate and diploma via the Institutue of Leadership and Management (ILM) which she expects to complete within 2013.
