Nikki's background is in Human Resources and Organisational Psychology, having worked with global companies in the financial and manufacturing sectors. She established her own coaching consultancy Euthenia Coahcing in 2011, and she contributes as an Associate at i-coach academy, where she supports the development of future coaches. Nikki is studying towards her Professional Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring with Oxford Brookes University. She also has Post Graduate Qualifications in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Professional Coaching from i-coach academy and Middlesex University (EMCC Master Practitioner). She is a registered Intern Organisational Psychologist and Psychometrist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa, holds Graduate Membership with the British Psychological Society and is a member of the Special Interest Group in Coaching Psychology.

Nikki holds the view that coaching is a self-directed journey of reflection, learning, development and change. As coach she partners with you on this journey by helping you to identify meaningful goals and by creating a space for you to think and reflect. She also supports you as you implement the change or development required to achieve your desired outcomes. As a coach, colleagues and clients alike describe Nikki as being highly perceptive, analytical, incisive and supportive. Her coaching style is also strongly underpinned by her inherent pragmatism, enthusiasm and great sense of humour.
