My coaching philosophy is that life is a matter of choice and it is the sum total of the choices we have made that lead us to the path that we find us on in our lives. I follow the unique Growth Cube coaching model which is based on the premise that coaching enables people to grow by way of interactions at 3 levels. If the client is on one side and the coach on the other, through the Growth Cube coaching model, the coach is able to enable the client to grow by interacting at these 3 levels which all come together to form the three dimensions which lead to growth. My approach is tailored for individuals and for groups depending on the requirement.
