Mike is an Executive and Team Coach, with a background and board level experience in financial services, training, personal development and consultancy. He was formerly a Divisional Director within HSBC’s Asset Finance business in the UK. He is accredited through EMCC European Individual Accreditation at Master Practitioner Level and holds an MA in Coaching and Mentoring. He brings a non-directive, challenging and supportive philosophy to his coaching. He works with leaders, directors and fast track managers from business, the armed forces, the sports world, and the professions. His principal coaching focus is on teams and individuals going through transition and supporting the development of clarity around leadership capabilities and personal impact with a sharp focus on current and future performance. Mike is immediate Past President of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council UK and a member of the EMCC UK Advisory Board. He has been a regular speaker at international conferences and seminars.
