With a professional background in international commercial management and change management consultancy he has practical and hard earned operational and strategic experience. He has formal qualifications in the fields of coaching, coach supervision, psychology, psychotherapy and accountancy. His clients enjoy his straightforward and supportively challenging style through which he co creates a shared agenda with his coachees and helps maintain an absolute focus on organisational results. He has a particular focus on the development of individuals and teams and how they then lead organisations He is a member of APECS and ICF

As a coach I hold a model of healthy functioning and wellbeing and believe that the client has the ability to self regulate, having all the resources they require. I work with people in a way that directly explores of how they experience themselves and their issues in the context of the current reality and in their desires for the future. Raising awareness is central to how I work. At the outset when we discuss what will be different as a result of coaching we are already changing the field of experience and things begin to shift. A core part of my practice is the belief in the whole person who is completely integrated (mind, body and soul) and I pay attention to what physically happens in our meeting. I am told that not much misses me!!
