Michael works with his clients to help them understand their situation, become solution-focused and grow their leadership qualities to support them and their work. He brings a spectrum of techniques and approaches from the analytical to the creative to unlock a client's thinking and enable them design actions that deliver measurable and postive benefit into their lives. Michael uses his wealth of real world experiences across a number of industry sectors leading and supporting people from the shop-floor to the board room to take a client beyond their immediate issue, provide challenge and support to move forward in their professional and personal domains. He is a GoMAD thinking coach, an Emotional Capital Report practitioner and a NLP master practitioner.
