After establishing my own management development consultancy in 1995 I have spent over twenty years helping clients develop their managers – from first steps as team leaders to company directors. I still deliver a select number of management development programmes to help businesses maximise their leadership teams at all levels. Increasingly, senior executives requested 1 to 1 management coaching sessions with me and I found that helping leaders to step off the hamster wheel, stop, reflect and define the best way forward to face the challenges of organisational life became a passion. I completed a Post Grad Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring, an ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching then achieved a Masters in Coaching (with Distinction) at the University of Warwick. I now spend my time delivering individually tailored executive coaching to clients across a range of industries in the UK.

All clients are different and therefore have different needs and expectations from coaching. I take an integrated and client-led approach, drawing on a number of coaching approaches as relevant to each individual client - including positive psychology, solutions focus, Gestalt and Thinking Environment. I believe that establishing a positive and collaborative working relationship with my client is fundamental to an effective coaching partnership and create a coaching environment where clients feel supported, respected and cared for.
