Coaching approach

I love meeting new people so meeting new coachees and organisations is always a thrill for me. I base my coaching approach on four main pillars, firstly one of authenticity (be true to yourself and others) secondly on developing others potential (see the strengths in your coaches), thirdly on constructive challenging (in an non judgmental way) and lastly in business improvement and return on investment. With that clear structure and frame in mind I find it helpful to both coachees and organisation in looking at their potential, strategic visioning and change management. I find psychometric testing within the business environment to be a very useful tool when applied appropriately and followed through correctly.
