Coaching approach

With a professionally qualified and continually updated knowledge base, Lynne takes a holistic, client centred approach to people development, helping them realise the full potential of their capability and equipping them to meet the personal and work challenges of tomorrow. Each organisation and team is unique; insight into culture as well as its aims is needed to help diagnose the true issues and decide upon the interventional framework. Lynne's strength is in her informal approach and listening and questioning skills; drawing upon a wide and varied experience of organisations and their characteristics, she will design a blended, integrative blueprint for helping based solely on this client, whether individual, team or organisation.
