As an accredited ICF coach I offer all aspects of Executive and Business Coaching. Based on my extensive international management experience, I am often asked to combine business mentoring with coaching. In addition to working with the leadership teams in organisations, I have worked with founders and entrepreneurs to help them accelerate their growth and overcome some of the many challenges faced in the start-up and scale-up phases of developing their business.

With over 30 year’s experience in business leadership, across start-ups and multinational organisations, I have developed a coaching approach, the funnel cycle, to support you at critical points in your career, leading to self-discovery and learning.
