She has worked with leaders in Ernst & Young, Google, Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, Hewlett Packard, NHS, City Councils, Research Agencies, the Police and Armed Forces. Lynne has been a NED for two NHS organisations and continues to develop her Board advisory expertise.  She is dedicated to improving outcomes for women in leadership and her expertise continues to be the topic of studies and conference speaking.
