I began my career as a consultant in the Executive Education sector, prior to launching and running an award-winning leadership development consultancy, based out of Singapore. In parallel to running Accelerance, I had a brief spell as a Leadership Consultant with Diageo. I am also an associate at Ezra, Well Grounded and SHL. I have 3 years’ experience as an executive coach, working 1:1 as well as with groups. I coached high potentials and executive-level clients to realise a range of goals (transitioning into a big new role; establishing their leadership style; developing positive assertiveness; etc.) with a knack for quickly diagnosing and helping switch patterns of behaviour to support positive change. My clients include the NHS, Kantar Group, ZS Associates, 2050 Climate Group and Guinea’s Ministry of Mines.

The focus of my coaching is on helping clients become more effective leaders and enhance their contribution to achieving business results. I achieve this by partnering with them in co-creating deeper understanding, growth and change. One of my core beliefs is that there is a direct relationship between the degree of awareness and the potential for new choices of behaviour. To help clients deepen awareness we might explore levels of comfort, resistance and energy; I may voice any unspoken feelings and notice what’s coming up for me; or help the client explore their own world via different perspectives. Another belief I hold is that trust enables support and challenge in the relationship, which leads to greater opportunities for growth. To build trust with coachees, I aim to act in congruence with my values (Humility, Adventure and Fairness) and am prepared to be vulnerable with them.
