Coaching approach

My approach is a holistic, mindfulness-based one, believing that mind and body are inseparable and that work/education and life are all intertwined. I often use creative tools such as cards, objects or drawing, to create a relaxed environment in which the client can access and explore their questions, concerns and ideas. My coaching is tailored to each client and focuses on their strengths and how to move forwards, challenging respectfully when appropriate. I adapt my coaching to work with young people, to reflect the experience which they have and their psychological development.
