I am an independent business coach, consultant and mediator following an executive career in operational, consulting and key account management roles. These include International Client Services Director of AXA ICAS, Director of Consultancy for ICAS and Head of Employee Research for the Industrial Society (now the Work Foundation). Coaching approach

My coaching clients work on clearly defined organisational and personal objectives and explore new ways of achieving these. The best solutions come from those who live and work with these issues, and people are most likely to take action when they have arrived at the answers themselves. I see my role as facilitating constructive and innovative thinking, learning and action in a safe, encouraging and confidential environment. I take a non-directive approach, drawing upon the capabilities of my clients to unlock their own potential. My strengths lie in: • establishing clear and measurable goals • identifying themes and challenging self-limiting assumptions • moving clients to a higher level of self-awareness • encouraging clients to build on their strengths • ensuring that clients have committed to a clear course of action
