Coaching approach

Results focussed: Assisting coachees to set clear, challenging but achievable goals & monitoring their progress towards these. Non-directive: Believing the coachee is resourceful. Using skilled questioning to enable them to find their inner resources & move forward. Flexible: Using a mix of tools and techniques depending on the coachee’s issues, goals, learning styles & preferences. Practical & Realistic: Helping coachees to prioritise issues. Ensuring we concentrate on the specific things that can make a real difference to them & their performance Collaborative: Working in partnership with coachees & organisational sponsors to agree goals and best fit with other L&D initiatives. Business Focussed: Being aware of organisational systems dynamics & how these effect the coaching process. Ensuring individual & team goals are aligned with organisational ones.
