Gaining Chartered FCIPD and BPS registration in psychometrics in my professional career in human resources, I built on this experience to become qualified and EMCC accredited as a Master Coach. As an executive coach supported by an MBA qualification, I work with European business leaders looking for transformational change to enhance their personal effectiveness. I also deliver skills development training, accredited by EMCC, for managers integrating coaching into their operational roles and for specialists providing an in-house coaching service. Also available is training for in-house supervisors of internal coaches. I speak at international conferences and contribute globally to the professionalization of mentoring and coaching as President of EMCC. My current professional development is completing a Professional Doctorate in Executive Coaching.
