My background is in senior Supply Chain roles in the automotive industry in the UK and Germany. I am a fluent German speaker.

I tailor my approach to the client's preferred style using an eclectic mix of cognitive behavioural, gestalt, transactional analysis and skilled helper models. My aim is to help clients explore their experiences, see new perspectives and find creative solutions. Though always client led, I offer support as a critical thinking partner and bring useful models, skills and training into play where required, including from adult development theory, philosophy and literature.
