Laura Duggal

I work with professional working Mums returning to the world of work after maternity leave or a career break. I'm a Mum who returned to work myself so I completely understand the massive change in life after having children. I'm from a HR and Recruitment background which means I'm able to apply this knowledge and experience when coaching clients. Having those skills and insights is what allows me to give the best possible, comprehensive and practical advice and I think it's what makes me just a little unique. Plus, of course I have my qualifications, I'm EMCC accredited with a Diploma for professional coaches, a post graduate diploma in Human Resources and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. I'm also a member of the CIPD.

Coaching approach

My approach to coaching is non-directive. I use elements of various approaches including positive psychology, motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioural coaching. I summarise my work as being a 'career coach for Mums' supporting women back to work after a career break. Areas that clients want to work around tend to be confidence, professional idenity, career goals and time management.
