Kerstin is a certified Inner Life Skills coach and financial workshop facilitator. She is passionate about guiding people to convert their goals or dreams into reality, thereby achieving their ultimate performance. Learning to draw on ones natural talents and strengths throughout lives journey. Kerstin has 18 years of experience in the corporate arena as an executive; she fully understands the challenges middle management and executives are confronted with regarding time-management and integrating work and family. Kerstin can identify with the quest women face pertaining to building and managing financial wealth. One of her core focuses during the workshop is to educate women to become finically literate, independent and confident. Kerstin is an avid student by nature and continuously broadens her skills and knowledge. Her overseas qualifications have given her the necessary proficiency and confidence to perform telephone, Skype and email coaching. The latter three methods are fairly new in South Africa; however allow flexibility and travel time-saving into a session. The traditional face-to-face coaching is always available.
