My company, Mirador, delivers innovative and effective Learning & Development solutions. These include: Performance Coaching (1 to 1) Team Coaching Design and delivery Management Development Events Design and delivery of Assessment and Development Centres Delivery of cutting edge webinars We deliver across all sectors and have experience working in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. And - have loved every minute of it! I am a Fellow of the CIPD and a Member of the Association for Coaching.

I have an unshakeable belief in the potential of people. My coaching style is pragmatic, perceptive with the ability to grasp the heart of the issue as well as wider impliactions - working sensitively wtih people to achieve a clear picture of the next steps. I am a warm, empathic person which makes it easier for people share issues with me comfortably and in complete confidentiality. My interest is to bring 'unconcious thought and action into consciousness'. This means while working to establish genuine, empathic and positive relationships, I will ask probing questions, listen very carfeully and look for root causes and underlying themes. This ability to synthesise information is a strong apsect of my coaching as it helps people structure and format complex situations. My coaching is continually developing as I gain deeper knowledge of theories and practices enriching my natural pragmatic, sensitive and reflective abilities.
