Kaveh's background is in computer science and software development with an MSC in Human-Computer Interaction, executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management and completing an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London. He is currently director of UK ICF. Kaveh is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Directors, ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), CPD approved Coach, User Test Occupational Ability and Personality Certified Assessor from British Psychology Association, Master Practitioner in NLP and Certified Project Manager by APM.

Kaveh works with Executives in critical psychological processes such as thinking, motivation, learning, sensation, perception and emotion using Positive Behaviour Change. He has a diverse approach to his coaching, using a wide range of tools and techniques tailoring a highly flexible ‘program’ to meet the specific needs of the client. Kaveh’s methodology follows the three-foundational knowledge of coaching: Humanistic psychology, Constructivism, and Linguistics.
