Coaching approach

Having trained with the OCM to Masters level and combining my business and management experience I have a very practical and realistic approach to coaching. In recent years much of my work has been coaching senior managers in multi-national organisations. This means I travel the world to work with individuals and teams, mainly in the Far East and Europe. I trained a few years ago in the Richard Lewis model and use CultureActive as one element of the cross cultural leadership development work I provide for international leaders. Initial coaching sessions and setting coaching objectives can be offered free of charge to check rapport. Subsequent coaching sessions can be either face to face or by video conference using GoToMeeting.
