Julie brings over 25 years of commercial experience to her work as an executive and team coach. She has worked at director level at Virgin Atlantic Airways, Legal and General and PartyGaming and also held a non-executive board role at a logistics company. She has personal experience of transitioning to more senior roles and works well with leaders preparing for or transitioning to more senior roles. Julie studied the psychology of leadership, change and coaching with the CIPD, holds a PG Cert in coaching , is an accredited EMCC coach practitioner, Insights practitioner, Q-OPD 360 practitioner and is currently studying for the PG Diploma and Senior EMCC practitioner. She also has regular coaching supervision.
