As an expert in top management and leadership (I'm a Chartered Manager, FCMI, with decades of experience across many sectors), coupled with deep skills in real-world psychology (I'm a Certified Principal Business Psychologist), this helps me to help leaders develop insightful, focused, practical, effective and evidencable outcomes.

I provide fast-track coaching with some training to help busy company executives quickly understand the crucial ingredients for success in this new era... some different or modified ways of working, leading and managing are required these days to avoid eventual decline. It's better to boldly face into to this new reality and actively plan to succeed! If further help is desired, I then work with/develop the leadership team to provide deeper insights and skills needed to execute changes to their company in a more robust way. If appropriate, I would then work across their wider teams/divisions or company, helping to equip all the key people for greater success. This help can be provided as a coach-mentor and/or as a virtual 'chief of staff' directly helping company leaders to deliver change and/or optimisation projects, for shorter or longer-term engagements.
