Judith is an accredited, multi-lingual international coach working with leaders and teams in Germany, Europe and worldwide, supporting and challenging them to be the best they can be and fulfil their creative potential - with purpose, passion, authenticity and integrity. Drawing on her life and work experience over three decades in different countries, including China, she specialises in cross-cultural collaboration, communication, transition and career development, resilience and well-being, and leadership and team effectiveness. Client organizations include large global firms, small enterprises and startups, and humanitarian development projects. A member of ICF Global with a PCC certification, Judith holds a Practitioner and an Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, as well as a Systemic Team Coaching Certificate, all from the AoEC.
