Jo Creasy has 25 years plus in working in financial and data organisations, leading large or specialised teams for over 15 years. Jo's leadership reputation and approach is tough love and good humour in high performing teams resulting in a strong followship over many years. This is underpinned by support and care with a focus on wellbeing as a Mental Health First Aider. It was a realisation that helping people solve problems and watching them grow to take on new challenges was the biggest work satisfaction and motivation that helped Jo make the decision to explore coaching more formally through academic and work-based study.

The aim of Jo's coaching approach is to help the client find the solution to the problem through powerful questions with gentle care and light humour for those difficult conversations. Through a warm and supportive approach the client feels in a safe space for honest conversations and time to think. Coaching sessions can be face-to-face or over technology between 1- 2 hours and recommend minimum 3 sessions to make a start.
