Coaching approach

Jenny's style is incisive, pragmatic and supportive...her aim is to enable you to penetrate to the heart of the matter in order to move forward in a focused and expeditious way, that you will hopefully enjoy! Jenny is essentially person centred, she combines this with supportive challenge. Jenny's specialist areas of coaching include: • Leadership coaching – a common derailer for senior executives is lack of feedback, Jenny provides the challenge and support that can be missing for executives at the most senior levels of an organisation to keep them on track. • Diversity – exploring and appreciating difference, culture and beliefs to provide the best organisational solutions . • Team performance – through team coaching, enabling improved lines of communication, increased self awareness and an understanding of others perceptions.
