Over the last 10 years, Jenny has coached and mentored formally and informally in various roles at the centre of organisational change. Jenny has held senior marketing roles in organisations such as Schroder Leasing Ltd, Hamptons International and Ashridge Business School, gaining considerable insight into organisational life from her experience of working in complex organisations, where lines of communication and accountability are ambiguous and pressure for results is paramount. In addition, Jenny facilitates practical, context specific, and illuminating workshops on coaching skills, influencing and leadership skills, she also facilitates bespoke development programmes for women. Jenny holds Level A and Level B qualifications with the British Psychological Society which qualifies her to administer and provide feedback on a number of psychometric instruments/personality questionnaires, including MBTI, 16 PF, Leadership Judgement Indicator.
