20 years’ experience in consultancy, training & coaching. One of UK pioneers of corporate maternity coaching. MA(Oxon) in Law; MSc in Psychology; Co-Active Coaching Course: Coaches Training Institute; Performance Coaching (Centre for Coaching, taught element attended for CPD as a member of the Centre’s training staff). Also Diploma in Stress Management, and Primary Certs in Rational-Emotive Behavioural Therapy, and Multimodal Therapy & Counselling from the Centre for Stress Management and Centres of Expertise. As an Associate Director of Centre for Coaching I lead Coaching Certificate courses occasionally in industry or open programmes. I have designed and led development programmes for mentors, mentees and coaches in several large organizations as well as much 1:1 coaching. I completed PG Cert in Coaching and Mentoring Supervision, Oxford Brookes in 2009, with Distinction.

My approach to coaching and to coaching supervision values humanistic approaches to relationship-building with a person-centred core. I integrate Cognitive-Behavioural approaches when challenging self-defeating thinking and behaviour and draw on my strong interests in positive psychology and cognitive-developmental schools for a focus on strengths, values, success and growth, and systemic and transpersonal perspectives to help us attend to the wider context, meaning and purpose of our work
