Jane Parslow

Working one-to-one with project managers, I enable them to take their know-how and use it more effectively, efficiently and successfully. I also work with project teams to help them achieve more, through understanding team dynamics, communications, motivation and cultural issues in today's virtual project environments. I am passionate about helping people deal with change - in their organisation, their work and in themselves. I am a member of the ICF and am working towards their ACC qualification. In addition, I hold three Project Management qualifications, the PMI's PMP, a Masters Certification in Project Management from George Washington University and the Association of Project Managers' APMP certification. I am a certified Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and certified NLP Coach. I am a Qualified Practitioner in AMSP (Apter Motivational Styles Profile).

Coaching approach

I use a variety of techniques, grounded in NLP and person-centred to support individuals and teams going through change. I focus on the desired outcome with clear measures of success - an approach that appeals to most project managers - and hold clients accountable for their progress towards those success criteria. As people's issues tend to cross the boundaries between work and other areas of life, I help clients to look at their changes holistically. This means that they see and feel results in many different aspects - at work, with friends and with family.
