An executive therapeutic coach with 15 years experience of working with CEOs, senior managers, professionals and small business owners. I specialise in the creative, voluntary and health and social care sectors. I have a solid background of managing in the not-for profit sectors. I was a CEO of a charity for 18 years, I have been a board director on numerous boards for over 30 years. I have held the Institute of Directors chartered director status for 15 years and I currently assess board director competence against the Chartered Director standards. I have a diploma in executive coaching, an MA in psychological coaching and I am currently a trainee transpersonal psychotherapist with CCPE.
