Jackie brings almost 30 years of service gained within a huge public sector organisation, in addition to operating in a variety of high profile roles in private practice. She operates as a coach at all levels and has been instrumental in leading the introduction of in-house coaching in several organisations (including the first not-for-profit of which organisation to achieve the EMCC’s European Quality Award standard), offering both consultancy and training. More recently, he was awarded the Association for Coaching’s Business Award for ‘outstanding contribution in Business 2009’. Jackie is also a specialist conflict coach and mediator, and she offers an innovative approach for evaluating the effectiveness and impact of coaching. She is a member of both the Institute of Business Consulting and Chartered Institute of Management and is co-founder of the International Conflict Management Forum.

Jackie is often described as being charismatic, energetic and lively, well able to command attention and trust. She is plain-speaking, ‘down to earth’ and has a genuine interest in people. Her co-active coaching incorporates highly intuitive listening skill and a capability to empathise with individuals at all levels. In training and management consulting, she emphasises simplicity and practicality, backed by a wealth of knowledge, techniques and experiences. She frequently operates at a senior level, and is not afraid to challenge convention and seniority, even within command and control environments.
