My name is Himani Deswal and I am accredited with a professional coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and hold the title of a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner. Over the course of my career as a mindfulness instructor and coach, I have dedicated more than 700 hours to coaching hundreds of individuals in various aspects of life. These areas include career transitions, leadership development, career restarts, team management, leading teams, communication and conflict resolution, work-life balance, goal achievement and performance enhancement, personal and professional relationships, and many others. My motivation for pursuing a career in coaching is deeply rooted in my own transformational journey, where coaching played a pivotal role in reshaping my life.
