Coaching approach

Hilary's approach is that we are all individual Human beings and that from a coaching perspective one size does not fit all. She does believe that we all have an intent and purpose in life and what we do whether in business or in our personal life is towards that aim. By connecting clearly to our vision,.purpose and intent we will drive the changes that are needed in order to make our vision come true. Hilary works with clients to support them to understand and connect with what their vision is, to understand who they are and what their strengths are; what values guide them and what areas need developing. She uses tools and models and approaches that will assist the client where they are today to move towards where they want to be.
