Coaching approach

My approach is to treat each client as an individual to ensure their need and intention is at the centre of the coaching process. I use MBTI and other profiling tools as well as frameworks and development exercises from my eighteen plus years in the change management field to inform the coaching process. I bring business and hands on management experience to bear in reflecting back within the coaching session. Coaching clients achieve excellent results in a relatively short time by working at a beliefs and values levels from which behaviours and attitudes flow. For business clients, I work within a commerciaI context to make an impact to their performance. I create a safe but honest and challenging environment where clients can work through issues and get clear about what they are trying to achieve. I use a five stage coaching process which can be found on the website Coaching page.
