Hani’s passion is to develop and spread the art and science of professional coaching across the Arab world by delivering Accredited Coach Training Programmes, solutions focused coaching sessions, and coach-supervision programmes. His background in counselling and leadership works hand in hand with his NLP and coaching skills and this generates exceptional feedback from his clients. Hani’s own Arabic background ensures a full understanding of cultural issues allowing his learning to empower clients in an appropriate way. As a result of his passion for the field, Hani Ba Hwireth completed his PhD at University of Bristol, UK, by undertaking an explorative research study into Solution Focused Leadership. He completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Research and Masters degree in Counselling from the University of Bristol, as well.

Coaching approach
Hani adopted an integrated approach to coaching (NLP, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching). The approach is influenced by the social constructionist perspective where he sees reality and knowledge as socially constructed. In addition, he believes in the role of action and language.
